Aimed at giving a reason to dawdle and stroll this window showcases an elegantly styled setup of dessert treat. Lifting the spirits by injecting humour and a clever use of props, each handbag was wrapped in a silver foil finished fluted sweet wrapper. These cupcakes are delicately presented on the life-size dessert plate arranged with fork and knife placed vertically on the backdrop giving a different point of view.

Leaning towards the whimsical side with giant ants in the window, with their glowing hungry eyes they are ready to take over and get their hands on to the trendy collection of handbags. This brings drama with relevance of the connection of ants and sweets to the audience.

Not only does this surreal look guarantee a second glance, but a different orientation creates a strong focal point for the audience. To enhance visibility and therefore sale of handbags this display brings in the fact that bags are an essential part of look and make to make people want and possess more bags that are trendy. Prototyping of elements like sweet wrapper was done with fluted paper origami made sturdy enough to hold the bag. Ants developed from composition of different materials like Clay, wire and bamboo framing layered with fabric and lights installation for glowing eye effect. All treatments lead to the finalization of the outcome turning window into a delicious reality. Rounding up on the coolest fall trend background is done in grid pattern. Because of its simplicity and uniformity, it provides a great amount of focus on the highlighted products. Overall display gives a euphoric high to anyone who looks at it giving satisfaction through the tide of trends that our display holds inspiring then to fill their shelves to the brim with handbags

Impressed by the display, this window further got a sponsorship from a well-known Indian Handbags brand - Baggit with a marketing campaign “Bag your Style” at 35 pan India Lifestyle stores. This representation resulted in handbag sale growth by 11% during highlight period.
